Returns Policy
Damaged goods
All goods are checked before despatch so please notify us within 48 hrs of receiving your delivery if any item arrives damaged
Faulty Goods
We've carefully selected quality, dependable products so we're not expecting problems...however, your usual consumer rights and product warranties apply so please get in touch if you think an item we've supplied has let you down.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted and unused item for a refund you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 7 days of receiving the goods.
After this cooling off period we may still accept the goods for return in exchange for a credit note, alternative size or colour, or alternative goods, but again please contact us first.
Cost Of Returns
If returning unwanted items you are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods and any packaging.We recommend use of a sevice that includes appropriate insurance.
In the case of damaged or faulty goods contact us first and we will advise on the appropriate course of action before sending any returns. If asked to return the item the we shall re-imburse costs equivalent to Royal Mail postage/Standard Parcels rates plus a nominal packaging cost.
